Founder Courtney Evans created American Fire Shield as a sister company of the successful hood cleaning company, Hoods Unlimited. By providing a complete range of services for commercial kitchens and more, American Fire Shield closes the gap in professional kitchen and fire servicing for the industry. Hoods Unlimited’s owner and manager, Courtney Evans, knows hood cleaning. Courtney is a second generation hood cleaner and has serviced thousands of customers in close to a decade in business. A family man, active at Woodstock First Baptist Church, Courtney is a community-minded business owner giving back regularly. He received his Bachelor’s from the University of Georgia and began Hoods Unlimited in 2002.
