Fire Suppression Service Includes (Every 6 months):
- Check duct and plenum covered with correct nozzles
- Check to ensure all equipment is properly covered with correct nozzles
- System installation check to ensure compliance with manufacturer
- Pressure gauge check to ensure all tanks are in proper range
- Cartridge weight check
- Hydrostatic test date check
- 6 year maintenance check
- Inspection of all cylinders and mounts
- Check operation of micro switch
- Clean nozzles
- Ensure all nozzle covers are in place and in good condition
- Change out of fusible links for correct temperature rating
- Replacement of necessary CO2 cartridges
- Check travel of cable nuts/S-hooks
- Check piping & conduit for secure bracketing
- Check proper separation between fryers and flame
- Exhaust fan check
- Replace system covers
- System operation check
- System seals check
- Portable extinguishers properly serviced
- Fire Suppression Systems Report (given to manager)
